What To Pack For Workouts & Nutrition While Traveling

My biggest piece of advice when it comes to packing (speaking form experience) less is more! You wont need multiple options of the same types of clothes ex. jeans, jackets, boots etc. If you don't wear it at home you probably wont wear it when you travel. So are some key items that you can lug around with you on your wordy adventures to stay healthy on the road!

1. Resistance Bands

You can use these bands with unlimited variations of exercises. They come in super handy when you don't have any type of weights to use and you want to feel something more than just your body weight. They also squeeze into your luggage quite easily. 2. Jump Rope

My favorite type of cardio by far is jumping. Not only are you getting your heart rate going in a very short amount of time buy your also building you leg muscles with each leap and strengthening your core at the same time.

3. Cross Trainer Gym Shoes

You will most likely pack a gym/tennis shoes regardless so why not make them cross trainers. With a good cross trainer you will be able use these shoes for any and every type of workout, long walking/trekking/ or casual walking. Spending a bit more on quality will leave you happy when they last for years compared to the cheaper ones you can find.

4. Magic Bullet

This is not something I have travelled with since we normally stay in AirBNB's while we travel which normally have blenders, but for most people this can be a lifesaver. Speaking especially to all of my vegans and vegetarians out there, it is a quick and easy way to get some delicious and nutritious meals in within minutes.

So these are just a few things for you to pack that will aid you improving your health and fitness while you travel!

More to come soon!
