Uluwatu Bali Chair Workout

This is going to be a circuit workout where you rest only when you need to. Just make sure you have a chair that can support your weight and is stable enough for dips and the L sit.

 

-Chair Dips x 10

-L Sit Kick Outs x 10
-Lunge Knee Lift (Each Leg) x10
-Chair Curls x 10
-Chair Shoulder Press x 10
Repeat x 10
