It's not impossible to stay in shape while you travel ✈️💼🏖️ in fact it's quite simple once you know how to do it. 🍉🏊🏿♂️🚥You just have to learn to adapt to whatever comes your way at all times.
Here are my top 3 ways of doing it. .
-You should have a big water bottle on you at all times because you never know how long you will go without having the chance to buy or get more on your adventures.
-Hydration is one of the biggest factors when it comes to health and weight loss but it's so over looked.
2. Workout Everywhere
-You will not have the comfort of going to the gym where you know where every machine is and how many kettlebells there are. There will be times when you have no gym at all and will have to workout with just your body and what you have around you!
3. Have a plan for eating
Don't expect to have your picky eating habits catered to at every city and county you visit. Try and find foods/meals that you can get no matter where you are on this 🌍.
