How To Get In Shape While You Travel in 3 Steps

Getting your body to a point where you can look in the mirror and be proud does not have to be accomplished by killing yourself in the gym every day and hating your life while you try and pretend that you enjoy eating celery and kale.
 

 

The most important thing is that you have a clear-cut goal that you want to get to.
 

Saying things like. . . .
 

"I wanna get in shape"
 

"I wanna lose weight"
 

"I'm gonna start lifting weights"
 

Is just like saying "I wanna be rich"
 

 

 

It's a great thing to want but what is the actual targeted goal?
 

Something like I want to lose 3 inches off my waistline is something that is very trackable.
 

This is a goal that you can actually do your research on, find a plan and take action on!
 

Now for all of my travelers out there, being on the road constantly in new environments is a whole different ball game when it comes to staying on top of your diet and workouts.
 

My top three tips for all of you nomads out there is. . . .
 

1. Workout any and everywhere

 

 


 

2. Have go-to meals you can get where ever you are

 

 


 

3. Stay hydrated and get your rest

Oh, and in the pick, I'm having my favorite drink in the world which is a Hippie Hippie shake which has ( whey protein, museli, cinnamon) and maybe another ingredient or two that I forgot lol.
